It has been scientifically established that any kind of sports increases our energy levels by increasing the blood flow to our body and improving our cardiovascular health and fitness. Sports allow more blood and oxygen to get to the body providing energy to do work. During the physical exercise that is involved in a sport, the brain endorphins, which improve the prioritizing functions of the brain. Naturally, we feel energized and focused if we are in sports. She started learning more in school after joining soccer. Girls in rural Nepal are married off young. Kaltiha's family has postponed the idea of marriage seeing how well she is doing in school and her enthusiasm in soccer. Perhaps sports can be one way to keep more girls in school? what do you think?
