First fundraiser 2018

It's Mother's Day! For me, it is a day to be grateful for all the mom's in my life - my mom, my aunts, Dr. Aruna Chinnakotla (mom's friend and a mom in spirit) and my grandmothers. It is also a day that I thank the women who are devoted to educate all girls. I spent an awesome time raising funds today to bring education to girls in need. I have spoken about Aarti Naik and her phenomenal work in educating girls in the slums of Mumbai. Hats off to you, Aarti and I dedicate the day to your purpose!

I made succulent gardens with my brother and sold them. I was thrilled to have my brother Neil and my friends Caroline and Rituparna join me. My dad worked in the background to provide food, transportation and be a cheer leader. Check out photos from the event .
